Description:
Our homemade granola is served at breakfast for guests to put on yogurt or cereal. We individually package it and guests take it along on their excursions or day trips. (We did this because so many guests were requesting it!)

Ingredients:
3 c. old-fashioned rolled oats
2/3 c. sliced almonds
1/3 c. hulled green pumpkin seeds
1/3 c. sunflower seeds
1/3 c. pecan pieces
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 stick (1/4 cup) unsalted butter
6 tbl. honey

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees (300 degrees convection oven). Melt butter and honey. Stir in remaining ingredients and combine well.

Place on parchment-lined sheet cookie sheet, spread evenly and bake 7 minutes. Remove pan from oven and stir granola. Return to oven and bake another 5 minutes. Cool. Store in airtight container. Keeps 2 weeks. Makes 6 cups.
