Minimum Stay Requirements:	2 nights
Cancellation:	A deposit of half of total reservation costs are due when setting up the reservation. There is a $10 charge for cancellations a month or more before arrival date. Deposits are non-refundable when cancellations are made less than a month before the date of arrival unless room is re-booked, in which case only a $10 cancellation fee will be charged. Reservation balances are due on the day of arrival.
