The City of Provo is the third largest in the state of Utah and has gained the title "one of the best places to retire". Brigham Young University is one of the popular spots to visit in Provo. Usually, tourists search for bed and breakfast close to it or downtown. Downtown Provo is the busiest area where all the restaurants and shops entice you to step in. The City Library occupies the former Brigham Young Academy building which was built in 1892 and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1976. Also it boasts of the Reed O.
