Circa 1934. A white picket fence beckons guests to the veranda of this comfortably elegant country Victorian inn, originally the Haymore Dairy. There are masses of fragrant pink roses, lavenders and delphiniums, and stately ponderosa pines that tower above the inn's three renovated guesthouses, which were once shelter for farm hands. A three-bedroom, two-bath on-site chalet that sleeps up to ten guests is perfect for a family or group. Seven of the eleven rooms are equipped with kitchenettes and three have fireplaces. The acre of grounds includes a garden fountain and romantic tree swing. A full breakfast is offered at an additional charge.
