Minimum Stay Requirements:	In Season, 2-night minimum on weekends
Cancellation:	A 14-day notice of cancellation is requested, at which time a refund will be issued, minus a $25 Service Charge for the canceled reservation. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the arrival date will be issued a “Credit Certificate,” with the following exceptions: there will be no credit issued for cancellations on “Holidays” or “Special Event” weekends. No calls/no shows will be billed for the full stay.
