Should a cancellation of this reservation become necessary, please remember that our standard cancellation requirement is 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. If you cancel less than 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will forfeit your entire deposit. On all cancellations that transpire prior to the 14 day deadline, a $50.00 administrative fee will be applied, with the remaining balance of the advance deposit refunded to the guest within 15 days
