Pleasant Street Inn

Pleasant Street Inn

26 Pleasant St
Greenville, ME 04441
United States of America

(207) 695-3400

Circa 1889. Situated at the gateway to the Great North Woods, this grand Queen Anne Victorian is a historic gem with rare Tiger Oak woodwork in the foyer, staircase and main parlor. The eclectic décor includes original artwork and antiques. Gather in the entertainment parlor, or in the fourth floor Tower Room with panoramic views of the mountains, village and lake. Romantic and elegant guest bedrooms provide restful retreats. Several rooms may be adjoined as suites. Early risers can visit the Butler's Pantry for a hot beverage before a hearty breakfast served by the fireplace in the dining room or on the huge wraparound porch. Open year-round, it is a short walk to the pubs, shops and restored steamship Katahdin. The East Cove of Moosehead Lake is only half a block away.

A hidden gem, one of the few places open year round that we could snow mobile to. WE had a great stay. We really enjoyed breakfast. Fresh fruit homemade muffins and then French Toast and sausage. We also enjoyed talking with Mary and Jim the Innkeepers. Alot of fun and very down to earth. We will make sure to stay here the next time we are in town.
