Cottage Cheese Pancakes

These pancakes are delicious and protien packed. Very little flour so the carb content is minimal. Really good with fresh fruit and so moist that syrup isn\'t necessary.

Had a great stay

We felt so lucky to find such a great place to stay. Enjoyed the spa after a long day of hiking.

Outstanding B&B

Don't miss this B&B it's wonderful. Our 2nd stay here and it was outstanding both times. Great hostess, scrumptious (full) breakfast, very clean & well decorated rooms, within walking distance to the beach (2 short blocks) and also only 3 blocks to the village, and a Big Plus... it's priced right. Can't say enough about the hostess though, as she makes you feel like you live there and you're not just renting (you feel like you are at home).

Very nice

Pacific room is very nice - and Nancy, the proprieter is very friendly. The breakfast was excellent! The room needed a few touches - shampoo/conditioner - hair dryer - matches for the candles. Small things - but missed! would definitely stay there again. 1 Blk from nice beach, and 3 Blks frm downtown Carlsbad!

Romantic Anniversary Getaway

We spent our 49th anniversary at the Pelican Cove Inn and it was wonderful. Nancy is so friendly and helpful and a really good cook. The room was clean and comfortable. We will be going back.

Sleeping On a Cloud

We were warmly greeted by the innkeeper Nancy who answered all our questions about the area and sent us off with warm wishes to have a great time. We walked to a fun dining spot and then along the beach to watch the sunset where we and others were looking to spot the green flash when the sun went down. (not this time). The bed was so comfy and cushy with the featherbed fluffed and enfolding. Love this inn and hope to come back.
