Minimum Stay Requirements:	No minimum stay October through April. Two-night minimum (or $100 single night surcharge) from May through Sept
Cancellation:	72 hours Oct-Apr stays. 30 days May through Sept. Late cancellations pay 50% of scheduled stay. $50 change fee. Weather delays excepted.
Smoking:	Smoke Free Property and Outside Only.
