Hibiscus Suite

Occupying the entire second floor of the Garden House, the Hibiscus Suite is a luxurious retreat. This spacious suite includes amenities such as: Private entrance, individual climate control, a comfortable King Size four poster bed, generous sitting area, private balcony, and a wet bar with refrigerator and coffee maker . The large bathroom features the orignal clawfoot soaking tub as well as a separate shower.

Rates: $250 - $280

Veranda Room

As the name implies our Veranda Room has a private covered porch that looks out to our gardens & fountain. The guestroom features a queen size four poster white pine bed, individual climate control, a generous sitting area (love seat, two chairs and table), writing desk, and dresser. The private bath has a large shower (for two!). This room is pet friendly. Please inquire for details.

Datura Room

This lovely second floor room features a queen size four poster bed, alcove with executive desk, sitting area with two chairs, mirrored dresser, and walk-in closet. Great for our business travelers. The large private bath has a claw foot soaking tub (for two!) and a separate shower.

Clematis

This charming first floor guestroom features a queen size bed with iron canopy, gleaming hardwood floors, small sitting area with table and chairs, 2 dressers, and writing desk. An exposed antique brick chimney (original to the house) is a unique feature in the room. The large, newly remodeled bath with shower is ADA approved handicap accessible.

Rosemary Suite

A bright and welcoming guestroom with its four poster queen size bed and large windows with views of City Place & downtown. Relax in the sunroom sitting area which is furnished with a love seat, and writing desk. The spacious private bath has a whirlpool tub (for two!) and a large separate shower. The Rosemary Suite shares an entrance with the Gardenia Suite. This is a pet friendly guestroom. Please inquire for details.

Gardenia Suite

This suite is decorated in hues of blue and yellow with a touch of country French. Relax in the comfortable queen size bed or in the charming sitting area with table and chairs. Complete this room with writing desk and dresser and small private bath with shower. The Gardenia Suite is a 1st floor guestroom which has a lovely view of our courtyard. It has a shared entrance with the Rosemary Suite. This room is pet friendly. Please inquire for more details.

Evernia Room

This second floor room is decorated with French inspired décor. It features a queen size bed, writing desk, dresser, small sitting area and petiet refrigerator. A romantic retreat. The large private bath has a shower (for two!)

Fern Room

This value priced second story guestroom overlooks our tropical courtyard and is charmingly furnished with a queen size bed, comfortable chair, and antique writing desk. Perfect for budget conscious guests and/or business travelers The small private bath has a shower (for two!).

Just Graduating with a gruling stent of college with my Masters Degree, I felt it was my turn to be pampered. Not knowing the area well, I took my chances. I felt like I won the lottery! The Hibiscus House Down Is a hidden treasure. Its tucked away amongst the city hustle. The House is charming, immaculate and well run.The staff is makes you feel like your family. Breakfeast is wonderful,presented in a casual seting,and fills you up until dinner! The lounge, was filled with a classy, local crowd,very interesting people! As soon as I get a job, I'LL BE BACK!
