great family vacation

We have stayed at many B&B's but this was a unique B&B and farm combination. We had 5 adults and my 2 grandchildren and all of us loved the 5 day stay The hosts were more like family then proprietors.they made us feel at home. We never knew when Linda would be baking up cookies or other goodies. Frankie kept us entertained with local stories and info about the farm and horses. The pool area was fantastic not only for swimming but each eve after kids in bed we would grill, eat and enjoy the Ky bourbon we had bought at the distilleries during the days tours. The kids(and honestly adults too) loved the peacocks, kittens and horses that were roaming freely around the farm.the sunsets and even a rainbow were breathtaking. The rooms and beds were comfortable and spacious . The 4 yr old says when 16 he is going to drive from DC to visit Frankie, and LInda, We plan to get back much sooner then that.
