We stayed two nights at Myrtledene and found it delightful. The room was gigantic and the entire antebellum home was filled with interesting antiques. James, our innkeeper, was the epitome of southern graciousness. Breakfasts were delicious. The home has been in the family for its nearly 180 year existence. We were charmed by this beautiful historic gem from another time.
Would you stay again? YES

Myrtledene is in the midst of the Bourbon Trail and about a half hour from Bardstown, which is a charming town filled with history. Lebanon, the location of the B&B, is not that exciting but there is plenty to keep you interested in the nearby area.
