A year-round secluded retreat, this cedar building with Mansard roof is located in the foothills of the North Georgia Mountains. Cathedral ceilings and a Vermont Castings wood-burning stove is found in the Great Room. Enjoy complimentary sherry and homemade cookies. A game loft provides cards, puzzles and board games. A fully equipped guest kitchen is easily accessible. Most guest bedrooms in the main lodge and Hillside Lodge feature private decks. Some offer gas log fireplaces and whirlpool tubs. A full country breakfast served on Fiesta Ware may include a garden frittata, orange-glazed ham, broiled grapefruit, homemade biscuits and cheese muffins.
