Norumbega Room
The former Moseley library is now a stunning first floor room in our B and B. One King and one full size bed, a fireplace, tub/shower, a sitting area and a large private porch (with porch swing) make this room perfect match both for families wanting to stay in a single room or couples wanting room to stretch!
Sargent Room
Couples will find this room on our second floor both roomy and cozy. This room features a King sized bed, tub/shower, working fireplace and there's a private porch looking out from the shady back of our
Jordan Pond Room
This room has a working fireplace, King sized bed and shower. In the Spring and late Fall, this room and private porch have a limited ocean view. This is a second floor room.
Bubble Room

Cadillac Room
This is a perfect hotel room for a romantic getaway! This small and cozy room is a third floor room with a queen size bed and shower. Note the antique commode: it was originally fed water by two rain-collecting cisterns in the attic.
Precipice Room
This roomy, comfortable third floor guestroom was once the Moseley's billiard room. A king and a full provide plenty of rest and the 7 windows provide an excellent view of the neighborhood.
Bee Hive Room
Room 8 was originally just a narrow hallway and a round "widow's walk." Now this very large third floor guest room provides the best view of the house! One Queen size and one Full size bed.
Strath Eden Room
A king bed and a spacious design make this former "servant's chamber" one of our most popular romantic accommodations. Almost a "secret" room because of its tucked-away location on our cottage's third floor, Room 9 provides pleasant views of the neighborhood. This room offers a tub/shower.
