Circa 1864. A gracious 16-room Victorian mansion, the Mira Monte has been renovated in the style of early Bar Harbor. It features period furnishings, pleasant common rooms, a library and wraparound porches. Situated on estate grounds, there are sweeping lawns, paved terraces and many gardens. The inn was one of the earliest of Bar Harbor's famous summer cottages. The two-room suites each feature canopy beds, two-person whirlpools, a parlor with a sleeper sofa, fireplace and kitchenette unit. The two-bedroom suite includes a full kitchen, dining area and parlor. The suites boast private decks with views of the gardens.

The South Suite at Miramonte Suites. 2 Rooms with queen bed, fireplace, sleep sofa in the parlot, kitchen, dining bay, large double whirlpool/shower, as well as a private porch. Amenities include 2 TV's, phone with answering machine, data port, A/C, VCR, CD player, robes, hair dryer, iron and board.
The DeGregoire, 2 bedrooms (one queen and one with two twins)(Can be a king), 2 full baths (ensuite, but not adjacent to the bedrooms), kitchen, dining bay, parlor with sleep sofa and fas fireplace plus a large deck overlooking the gardens. Amenities include 3 TV's, phone with answering machine, data port, A/C, clock radio, 2 hair dryers, iron and board. This is a housekeeping unit. Price includes fresh towels each day and trash removal, but no daily maid service.
