Minimum Stay Requirements:	Two nights on special weekends
Cancellation:	$40 administration fee applied per room for all cancellations. Cancellation must be made 14 days prior to reservation date and 30 days prior to Miami Parents weekend, Graduation weekend, or Miami Football weekends. Credit card will be run on reservation date for full amount if you fail to do so. If room can be re-rented, credit card will not be charged except for the administration fee. The innkeepers regret having to enforce this policy.
