         <title>Banyan Tree House</title>
         <link>http://www.iloveinns.com/bed_and_breakfasts/hawaii/banyantreehouse.htm</link>
<description>Banyan Tree is composed of three bedrooms in a Hawaiian plantation-style house and four cottages. Ethel Smith Baldwin, a prominent local citizen who served as secretary of the Red Cross and founded a flourishing artist organization, was the most well-known inhabitant of this house. The home was built by the Maui Agricultural Company, of which Baldwin's husband was president. The lush setting includes two acres of gardens, with tree swings and hammocks. Guests in the main house enjoy a full restaurant kitchen. Three of the cottages include kitchenettes, and one has a full kitchen. The house has a full kitchen, spacious living room, fireplace, formal dining room and a lanai with a view of the ocean. It is popular for groups, families and workshops. Tropical Hawaii is the decorating theme throughout the rooms and cottages. Beach activities, galleries, shops and restaurants all are nearby.</description>
