Cancellation:

Cancellations: During the regular season, the cancellation deadline is 48 hours prior to the date of check-in. However, the cancellation deadline for Special Events is 21 days prior to the check-in date. These Special Events include, but are not limited to, the Keeneland Meets, the Rolex Three-Day Events, and the Kentucky Derby. An events calendar can be found at the Lexington Convention & Visitors Center. If you miss these deadlines you will be charged a Cancellation Penalty, which is one night's rent for a one night stay, or 50% of the total cost of the reservation for a multiple nights stay. A cancellation made on the scheduled Date of Arrival or a No Show (when a person does not check-in & has not cancelled the reservation), the accountable party will be charged for the entire reservation.
