About Our Rooms

Violets Room

Violets room has not a violet in it, but was named after the former owner. It overlooks a small portion of the Lake and the River. It is a combination of royal blue and white and white wicker furniture adorns this room. It is the inn's famous room in that it has been featured in the Smucker's Catalog for five years running.

Chatalaine

While the Eastlake Room does sit east of the Lake, it was so named because of the style of the house. It is decorated in mauve and blue and features a huge mahogany sleigh bed. It also has a small view of the Lake and the River. This room will pamper you with a five and a half foot clawfoot tub that sits in the room.

Eastlake Room

The Lumber Baron Room

This room is named after Frank Nichols, the builder of the home. A large room done in dark blue,green and burgundy, it features a double Jacuzzi that also sits in the room. This room has a TV with cable and also features all the original shutters on the windows. It's a must for a romantic getaway.

My Ladies Chamber

The room is done in soft peach, yellow, and sage. It is a very light and airy room and features the original shutter. Antique furniture highlights the coziness of the room.

Policies

Cancellation:All cancellations should be transacted by phone. If cancellation occurs more than 1 week prior to check-in date you will receive your deposit in full by check. If less than a week you will receive a voucher for a free room night during an off- peak period, for whatever your deposit amounted to. If less than 48 hours, you will lose your deposit.
