Located in the National Historic Landmark District, it is appropriately furnished in authentic Victorian decor. Comfortable guest bedrooms offer quiet relaxation; some feature fireplaces. A complete breakfast is served in the dining room on fine china and sterling silver settings at nine every morning. Don't miss afternoon tea at 5 p.m. with finger sandwiches and sweets. It is an easy walk to the beach in this waterfront community, and towels and chairs are provided for use. Free on-site parking is available, as is a bike rack to secure a personal or rented bike.

If you notify us at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, we will try to accommodate alternate dates. If this is not possible we will refund your deposit less $25. If you cancel within 30 days of your scheduled arrival date and we are able to re-rent your entire reservation, there will not be a charge. If we are unable to fill the entire reservation you will be required to pay for one night. This policy also applies to early checkouts.
