This contemporary redwood house stands alone on an oceanfront jetty across the mouth of the Coquille River. Its splendid setting affords views of surfing seals and the Bandon Lighthouse. Eclectic furnished rooms include the Sunset View Room, overlooking the lighthouse, and the Greenhouse Room, with a whirlpool for two. A new room, the Gray Whale, at the top level of the house, boasts views of river, ocean and lighthouse. It offers a wood stove, king bed and a whirlpool tub overlooking the water. Salmon fishing boats, a sternwheeler and sailboarders ply the waters.
