A beautiful mantel, two inviting wing chairs and a lovely period Beaconsfield armoire add to the comfort and elegance of the room, which overlooks historic Main Street. Depending on your needs, the King bed can be converted to Twin beds. The Reed Room and attached bathroom are fully accessible, including the shower.

Allen
One of the largest rooms in the inn, the Allen Room boasts a King bed, period furnishings and a full bath with pedestal sink and a full tub with shower. Rich and vibrant décor, named in honor of the property's original landowner, Ira Allen.

Captain Lyon
Named for a late 19th century Lake Champlain ferry boat captain, the Captain Lyon Room has a four-poster pineapple King bed. The bath has a full tub and shower. With two comfortable wing chairs in the turret area with bay window, many find this room to be the most luxurious.

Hayward
Appointed with a Queen pencil post bed with canopy and matching antique burled oak armoire and dresser, this room was named for one of the original neighbors in Burlington's Hill Section. An original pocket door, discovered and restored during the renovation, leads to an adjoining bath with shower.

Fisher
The bright and cheery décor, a painted Queen Cannonball bed, and the room's location in the back of the house make the Fisher Room a guest favorite. The blanket chest armoire has a rich patina resulting from many years of care. The attached bath is the original wainscoted bath used by the families who once resided here.

Tuttle
The Tuttle Room has quaint slanted ceilings with an east-facing dormer window. A Queen bed is nestled under the angle of the roof, and a twin day-bed provides space for lounging or an additional guest. A sink installed in an antique dresser is located just outside the private bath with shower.

Van Ness
The best views of Lake Champlain in all of Vermont's seasons are found from this room. The Queen bed, dresser and small commode are original Eastlake period pieces. The sitting area in the turret bay window provides excellent views of lake sunsets. Adjacent to the antique dresser with sink is a pocket-door leading to the bath with shower

A cane-seated rocking chair provides comfort while reading or relaxing in the west-facing dormer window. The Vincent Room has excellent winter views of Lake Champlain. An antique pocket door with glazed glass insert separates the bedroom from the adjoining bath with shower.

This spacious, garden-level room is perfect for guests seeking a private, romantic guest room. Guests relax in the two-person Jacuzzi. The Garden Spa has a Queen wrought iron bed and twin day-bed, and includes a well equipped kitchenette, with a seating area and gas-burning stove.
