Wentworth Lake

The Wentworth Lake Room is tucked behind the living room, and is the only guest room located on the first floor. This room features a Queen bed, a two person Jacuzzi tub, a separate shower, and original wide-plank pine floors. The many windows in the room provide a light airy feel. The room faces the beautiful backyard gardens, apple trees, and woods and offers a view of Lake Winnisquam to the North.

OpecheeLake

The Opechee Lake Room is the brightest room in the Inn, with a three-quarter bath and Queen bed. The five large windows face North, West and South, giving our guests views including the backyard and the lake. This room is wonderfully private, as it does not share walls with any other rooms.

Lake Winnisquam

The Lake Winnisquam Room, named after the serene lake on which our property sits, is a Southeast corner room drenched in sunlight from the three large windows overlooking the lake. This bright and open space is very warm, inviting and private, as it does not share walls with any other rooms.

Squam Lake

The Squam Lake Room is named for the lake on which On Golden Pond was filmed, just a few miles north of Lake House at Ferry Point. The light and airy room is located at the front of house and has a clear and expansive view of the lake to the East. This room features a Queen bed with a full bath (also overlooking the lake).

Lake Sunapee

The warm and cozy Lake Sunapee Room has two large East-facing windows, providing a breathtaking view of the lake. Original wide-plank pine floors enhance the historic character of the space. This room features a Queen bed and a large, private three-quarter bath directly across the hallway.

Webster Lake

The Webster Lake Room is nestled in the northeast corner of the house, providing a picturesque view of the lake in both directions. This room features two Twin-size beds and a three-quarter bath.

Loon Lake

The Loon Lake Room is located in the Northwest corner of the second floor. The West view is of the property’s backyard, gardens, apple trees and woods. The lake is visible through the North-facing window. One might even catch peeks of deer, wild turkeys and the occasional fox. The Loon Lake Room features a Queen bed and a very large three-quarter bath. This room is very private, as it shares no walls with any other guest rooms.

Sunrise Lake

The Sunrise Lake Room provides the best view in the house. Located on the third floor, this room has three huge windows that face the lake, providing guests with a breathtaking view of the lake and mountains in the distance. The high ceilings contribute to the airy and fresh ambiance in the room. A Queen bed and three-quarter bathroom complete this very private guest room.

Sunset Lake

Guests who stay in the Sunset Lake Room enjoy its rich, lodge-like feel. This very private room is located on the third floor and has an adjacent three-quarter bathroom with its own view of the lake. The room’s windows overlook the backyard, gardens, apple tree, and woods where one may even get peeks at deer, wild turkeys and the occasional red fox.

Lake Solitude

The Lake Solitude Suite is a little two-story house attached to the Southwest corner of the Lake House with two private entrances in addition to an entrance into the Inn. The living room features expansive lake views, a comfortable loveseat and pullout couch, leather wingback recliner, flat-screen TV, pub table with 2 chairs, and hardwood floors. The galley kitchen is complete with a stove, oven, microwave, full-size refrigerator, and small appliances as well as a BBQ for outside grilling. On the second floor the full bathroom includes a one-person Jacuzzi tub and the bedroom features a California King bed and gorgeous views of the lake.

Cancellation

As a small property cancellations affect us greatly. In the unfortunate event that you must change or cancel any part of your reservation, notice of 10 days or greater is required to refund the advanced deposit (less $25 processing fee). Guests will be responsible for all charges as originally booked if changes or cancellations are received less than 10 days in advance of the stated arrival. If cancellation is a possibility we would suggest the purchase of travel insurance. A 30 day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for holidays and special events (Bike Week, etc).
