Started in Portland heading for Napa.(Aug 06) Stopped in Mendocino for a couple of nights and stayed at the Joshua Grindle Inn. Our room was the first floor of the water tower;nice and homey. Outside was a bit chilly but I loved that! Lovely place, a great breakfast, and nice innkeepers. The garden is beautiful and we have plenty of pictures to prove it! I hope we're able to return in the near future.
