In the warmer months enjoy the peacefulness of the countryside, sitting on the covered porch and gazing at the lovely grounds and surrounding mountains. In the cooler months, the large great room hearth acts as a magnet, as our guests relax in front of the fire while enjoying some of JoAnn's homebaked cookies or a glass of wine. This B&B is both beautiful and historic as well as relaxed. A large property on a quiet road out of town, Foote house is convenient to the MassPike and all Berkshire destinations. Hosts are friendly and happy to share the history of the house, which is furnished with many interesting antiques. A roaring fire in the old walk-in fireplace was inviting.
