The Perfect Place

We didn't miss our cell phones or the television. We had gulls and seals to amuse us. Our deck was a perfect vantage point to read and be a part of the peace on the river.

InnSide Tip - So much to see
Bring a pair of binoculars for each visitor-there is so much to see you won't want to share just one pair.

Will stay again

Have stayed many times, but was very dissatisfied back in August of last year. After various attempts, finally talked to the right person. The owner is reputable and made the situation right....he even offered a free night to test another room....we didn't need it....have always been happy with this wonderful Inn on past trips. We simply had one bad stay. Above all, I believe in businesses standing behind what they sell. This one did. I will be back to this charming Inn now that I have been treated fairly. Thank you Jenner Inn.

filthy

we reserved 2 nights, but home we rented was so filthy we left in the a.m. many other clean places to stay on the beautiful north coast. INNKEEPER REVIEW: Regarding Debbie Endsley’s Review The accommodation in question is a 100 year old cottage, extremely rustic and according to the majority of the Jenner Inn guests, quaint and cozy. Cobwebs do appear frequently in the Country, the Housekeepers try their best to remove them daily. The innkeeper did offer the guest an up graded move to another room, but, sadly the guests refused and decided to depart.

Horrible

They accepted my reservation online with no intent of honoring it. When I got to Jenner Inn it was locked. There is no cell reception anywhere in the area. They do have an emergency land line. It's well-hidden, unmarked, and demands a code. It took me forty minutes in the cold with a baby on my hands to find a neighbor that was awake and allowed me to use his phone. Another 12 minutes for an innkeeper to come down, and he started the conversation with "I"m not going to apologize". Small room, no view, scratched furniture with missing handles. Their site shows this room as having a sauna), The sauna turned out to be across the building and we never got the key to it. Their site will tell you they have a cafe. We tried it for breakfast. There was quiche. Just quiche. It was really good quiche. No attempt has been made by the hotel management to apologize or rectify the situation.

Don't stay here

The owners have neglected the inn - I would recommend staying elsewhere.
