Relaxing B & B getaway

After reading the great reviews we chose this for a girls getaway weekend. First, if you can get it, the Daybreak Room (#7) is terrific—large room with a wonderful private balcony from which you can watch the sunrise or chill out in the evening. The breakfast buffet was generous and relaxed, and of course it's always neat to meet other guests and learn a little about them. Jennifer and Carlos were gracious and accommodating. One bit of advice: the steps to the rooms are narrow and steep and definitely require persons with good mobility/balance.

Great location, food and host

I've stayed here many times over the past seven years, first w/my husband and two young sons then started coming with several sisters back to where we vacationed as children. Jennifer is the best B&B host I've ever had and makes your stay warm and wonderful -- big, healthy breakfasts also!

Perfect Choice

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The room was comfortable and very clean. Our teenage kids felt very welcomed. We had a private deck, which was fabulous. Breakfasts were delicious and plentiful. Jennifer, the host, is a lovely, engaging person, and so wonderfully accomodating.

Absolutely loved it!

I came here last month and I absolutely loved it! It was very nice and very clean. The owner was very outgoing and was fun to talk to and get to know. She made us feel very comfortable and made our first stay at a bed and breakfast a great one. The breakfasts were amazing..probably the best breakfasts ive ever had. I would definitely go back in a heartbeat.

Aaaaahhhh. Pure bliss!

This was our second stay (first review) and it was wonderful both times. We stayed in Room 7 on the third floor, and were spoiled by the spaciousness and the private porch. But best of all was the smell of cinnamon coming from the kitchen and Jennifer's smile as we came down the stairs to start our day. A bonus: her resource books about activities in the area, including specific events the week of your stay.

Awesome

A home away from home. Delightful breakfast. The Gardens area is a beautiful place to stay in and Jen does a wonderful job. Look forward to staying when we go to Ocean City. A must on your visit to Ocean City.

Great place to stay!!

Jennifer and family were so warm and welcoming. It was a pleasure meeting them, and staying in the Day Break Room. Plenty of space and spotless. Friendly atmosphere all around, including the guests. Breakfast is a delight. Jennifer goes out of her way to insure guests have a wonderful stay. She is very knowledgeable about the island and the other great islands along the south jersey coast. I highly recommend staying at "Inn The Gardens"

Quick Break

We enjoyed a quick break for a weekend. The B&B was clean and comfortable. The food/breakfast was excellent. The people were kind and pleasant. The price was fair and reasonable. The shore was beautiful - what more could one ask?

Nothings Perfect, WELL!

I find INN THE GARDENS B&B meets my needs perfectly.Jen and Carlos the owners are friendly and will go out of their way to make your stay an enjoyable one. The morning breakfasts and conversation are a great way to get your day started. That is why I continue to go back. The coffee isn't bad either!!

Fabulous getaway location!

If you're staying for a weekend or few days and want a little more than a hotel can provide, this is perfect! We loved the breakfast, the complimentary beach tags and access to the outdoor shower the day of checkout...it added a day to our weekend getaway.

It's where we always stay in OC!

Whether traveling with my family or with friends, this is where we stay in OC! The location is in a quieter part of town but still within walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. The front proch is an inviting place to read a book or to just relax. The breakfast is great and the hospitality is excellent!
