Policies

Minimum Stay Requirements:2-3 night minimum stay is required on weekends and April through September. A 3-4 night minimum stay applies on holidays and weekends April through September, unless bookings allow for a shorter stay. If bookings allow for single night stays a surcharge of $15.00 may apply.
Children Restrictions:Children 12 and over welcomed
Cancellation:All cancellations subject to a $25.00 handling fee. Earlier than 7 days prior to reservation (14 days for holidays, special events and long term) there will be no additional charge for cancellations or changes. Within the 7 (14) days, for cancellations or shortening of stay, the guest is responsible for a minimum charge equal to one night's reservation and a maximum charge for each night the room remains vacant. No-shows will be charged for full reservation.
Pets:Innkeepers pets on premises, Two small toy poodles are on premises but are not allowed in guest rooms and do not have dander.
Smoking:Outside Only.
