Policies

Cancellation:Notice given 14 days (or more) prior to the reservation will receive a full refund less a $25.00 service fee. For cancellations within the 14-day period, every attempt will be made to resell the room, but if unable to do so, the deposit will not be refunded. Last minute cancellations (within 3 days of the reservation) will incur charges for the entire reserved stay. A gift certificate for a future stay may be issued at the innkeeper's discretion if circumstances for a cancellation are warranted.
