Rates are subject to change and an 8% tourism tax and a 4% service charge applies. Rates are based on double occupancy. Maximum 4 guests per room. Advanced deposit by credit card required on all reservations. One week cancellation notice required. Cancellation / Change service charge of $30.00 In accordance with the state law, The Delaware Clean Air Act, The Inn at Canal Square is a NON-SMOKING property. Smoking in any of our rooms will result in a $400.00 fine and cleaning fee. This fee will NOT be waived.
