This peaceful room at the rear of the house is furnished in the French style. The elegant Jacquard draperies accent the ornate white wrought iron beds, which can be, made up as two twin beds or a king bed. This room is named after Newport's famous heiress, Doris Duke. Children age 8 and up are welcome year round. Younger children on individual basis in off season.

Cancellation

If the reservation is canceled 14 days or more in advance, there is a refund less $25 processing fee. If the reservation is canceled less than 14 days in advance and by 12 noon the day before arrival, a gift certificate less $50 fee valid for one year will be issued. There is no refund for cancellations after noon the day before arrival or for early check-outs or no-shows.
