Charming & Delightful Weekend

Lisa is amazing. She makes a gourmet breakfast that is absolutely delicious. The rooms are beautiful. She makes you feel very welcome and if you are lucky to meet her little dog Romo he is a sweet little angel. We have visited twice and will definitely return. Lovely Spring day in February

It was such a lovely spring day, over 70 degrees, that our day trip to New Hope was extended to be an overnighter. We were referred to Aaron Burr and had a great lodging experience. We loved the lacey canopied bed and the colorful pillows and bed spread. We thought we had to miss breakfast because we had to leave early, but the innkeeper (Olga?) offered to fix us a breakfast tray and showed us how to make the coffee. Convenient location and Dee-lightful staff. Alison and G.

Love & Peace

This inn is an oasis of love and peace ! Looks like half the East Coast has Cabin Fever and is visiting New Hope this holiday weekend. Just a few steps from town, the inn's screened-in flagstone patio is a quiet and relaxfull area to sip some wine and enjoy the peace and serenity.

Enjoyable 4 night stay

What made our stay here so perfect? The welcoming and knowledgeable staff. The clean and very comfortable accommodations. The thoughtful extra touches in our room. The home baked Blueberry Bars. The fresh aromas emanating from the Inn's kitchen---all the time! The 3 course breakfast. We both had such an enjoyable stay at Wedgwood Inn and New Hope.

I had the lovely experience of spending several days here. If you are ever looking for a clean, well-located historic inn, that is also dog-friendly* and super - people- friendly too , go to the Glassman's bed & breakfast. All of New Hope, Pennsylvania was dog-friendly!

Extended family gathering.

With deep appreciation I write to thank you for everything and especially for making me and my extended family so welcome and comfortable at your lovely inn. All 9 of us had a memorable 4 day stay. It was so convenient to simply walk to the restaurants and attractions and everything New Hope has to offer. Hope we could be there sometime again to enjoy such hospitality and warmth. 6th or 8th visit! (?)

I'm glad I made the trek from Delaware to visit again. Even tho 7 months pregnant, it will be my 3rd child, so it was easy to decide to make my annual trip to New Hope after Christmas. Its my annual gift to myself to wisk-away to "my" Queen-sized Lace Canopy Bed! Away from husband and 2 children for 3 days, I slept-in, was last person to the breakfast table each morning (!) and indulged in ALL of New Hope's fine dining establishments! I've got to check my records, but I think this is my 8th time here; only 2 with my husband...

Aaron Burr Inn was our first B&B experience (smile). that was in 1991. With many return visits since then, we have also stayed at B&Bs all across the country. Thank you for introducing us to inns! Why do we keep returning here? Your hospitality. Your breakfasts! Your convenient location to both New Hope and Lambertville! Happy New Year: we wish we could stay longer....till next time.

InnSide Tip - Walk! To everything from here!
Park you car ( Aaron Burr Inn has a free spot in their onsite lot for you) and walk. We had no need to drive again, even on our 3 day visit. New Hope has 2 dozen restaurants and 5-7 places host live music or theatre. Lambertville has another dozen fine restaurants too. 200 shops and galleries. The Delaware River and Canal walking path. Walk to all!

We are staying again at Aaron Burr and this time we brought 2 other couples with us for a long New Years weekend at our favorite inn, and our favorite destination. The Glassman', and Carrie are gracious hosts. They operate the best B&B s in New Hope.

Victoran charm with modern amenitie

its was an easy 2 1/4 hour drive up Rt 95 from Baltimore, the last 9 miles, north on curvy and wooded river Road was delightful. the enchanted village of New Hope literally appeared around the bend. New Hope in the New Year

We just checked out and could not be happier with our comfortable stay at Aaron Burr. Carrie is a gracious innkeeper. Breakfasts were delicious and the talk around the table was interesting. Our second morning, we requested a Breakfast Tray, which we enjoyed in our room on New Years day.

Stayed another day

We found New Hope at the Aaron Burr Inn! Cozy and clean and comfortable, we really enjoyed our wood-burning fireplace on these cool nights. So much so, that we extended our stay another day. And so much to do in New Hope and Lambertville NJ, the town across the river. Vivienne and Cherine

Live music, convenient to town.

We can't believe how many live music venues there are in New Hope. Aaron Burr is convenient to all of them. Equity theatre too. We took a small room but enjoyed the fireplace in the upstairs common room. And especially enjoyed afternoon and late night live music. John and Peters, Havannas, Mojitos, Triumph...there are more. We checked -in, grabbed our key and walked- never moved our car for 3 days.

Cozy, Quiet, Pleasant, Warm-and-

I give this B&B Inn 5 stars! Carrie is incredibly professional and warm-and-inviting. She, dinie and Carl ( owners) are sweet, caring and beautiful people. the Inn is immaculately clean and well-maintained ( they were painting the carriage building exterior when I was here). From Rome with Love

We were fortunate to find a cancellation here at last minute at a very busy time. I needed a place that would be near where I was working, offer on-site parking, and a good nights rest. The wonderful stay was due to the accommodations, the breakfast ( strong coffee too) the other fine Guests and of course Carrie, the innkeeper. Enchanted inn in enchanted village

About 2 1/2 hours north from Baltimore to New Hope-- its an easy drive up I-95. And the last 9 miles north on Rt 32 (River Drive) is scenic and curvy and was a relaxful prelude to the enchanting village of New Hope, which just appears around a bend in the road. and Aaron Burr is an oasis of warmth and charm in this "happening" riverfront town filled with great restaurants and live music and theatre. We just got back to Jersey after celebrating our wedding anniversary this weekend @ Aaron Burr. We had a wonderful time. We've also stayed at your Wedgwood House Inn in the past. Highly Recommend

My partner and I stayed here to relax and feel comfortable while exploring New Hope. We loved staying here. The room was large and bright, with a Franklin Stove fireplace and canopy bed (a queen). It also had a good sized bathroom. The owners and staff were friendly and very helpful and willing to please yet professional and unobtrusive . Breakfast was fresh and wholesome. Served each morning anytime between 8:30 and 10, we had eggs, muffins, croissants, along with fruit compote, yogurts, granola juice and tasty jams and jellies. The coffee was strong and there was also an impressive assortment of teas. We plan to return several times this new year. A.R.S. of Scarsdale, NY

early Valentine's overnighter

This is the 4th time we have celebrated an early Valentine's Day overight "date" here and we love it! We like the first floor corner room with lots of windows. the queen bed is a decorative cottage-styled bed and the fall-colored oak-leaves on the walls and multi-colored blueish ceiling is inspiring. Very clean and comfortable. and any foods served here are attractive and delicious. Walk to all the bars and restaurants and shops. We always end up at Triumph Brewery and Restauarant last cause its only 4-5 doors from the inn. Beat the crowds and come early with your sweetie.

Modern amenities

Travelling on business, I stayed at Aaron Burr to be close to work ( Lambertville, NJ) and the nightlife of New Hope, Pa. Burr had all the amenities a business traveler needs: comfort and clean, iron, Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs. The friendly staff accommodated my early breakfast needs and I even hosted a 5 p meeting in their conference room on Day 2. We stumbled upon Aaron Burr House when we were shopping in New Hope and 2 different shopkeepers recommended this Inn/bb. It has a great location in New Hope but its a block off Main Street's hustle and bustle. And it has free onsite parking! Bliss in Bucks County

I found bliss in New Hope, a special village by the river in Bucks County. Friendly, smiling innkeepers were very knowledgeable about things to do and places to eat, drink and hear live music. We were out and about most of the day, but there was always hot tea and cookies, and a smiling innkeeper, to greet us in the evenings.

Great location, service.

We parked our car as we Checked-In and never had to move it over our 4 day stay here. Convenientely located does not do Aaron Burr's location justice! and parking on the street in town is very difficult to find ( meters) and lots charge $20 and up to park... Aand all the staff were not only friendly, but knowledgeable too and were able to direct us to off-the-beaten path places to see and dine. Overall an outstanding inn. We will return over the winter.

From the moment we arrived and were greeted by a welcoming lady to our breakfast server, everyone was kind and cordial. 0ur lovely room had a Queen-sized Canopy Bed, a gas fireplace and a private porch, just as advertised! Clean, clean, clean. And very comfortable too.

romance and Roses too!

I really appreciated all you did for me during my stay last week. The dozen red roses in the room were just how i envisioned. And the box of truffles from Pierre's too! We needed some time together and Aaron Burr was thee romantic inn we needed!

My romantic retreat in New Hope

My romantic retreat with my partner began where our first overnight "date" took place: at New Hope's Aaron Burr House. We've been coming here on and off several years now and always find the relaxed atmosphere and cozy, but elegant decor conducive for our couples escape. No kids! No car! No reservations at all that Aaron Burr is the best place to kiss!

InnSide Tip - Romantically appointed lodging room
4 visits and we've stayed in 4 different rooms at Aaron Burr House. They each are decorated individually and have their own personality.

Best B&B, and Santa too!

We had a wonderful 3 days here last week. A romantic couples retreat, we loved our Canopy Bed ( queen sized mattress) and Franklin Stove fireplace. The Breakfast-in-Bed option was a real treat too. We kept hearing the faint "toot" of the New Hope Steam Train, and when we learned that they were running the Polar Express Train Ride", we invited our children to join us one afternoon for lunch and a train ride with Santa. Thank you Carrie: just 1/4 block from the Aaron Burr Inn, the train ride was a huge success! And the kids loved your inn tree too!

Quiet and romantic inn

We took 2 nights here prior to my family's Christmas get-together which i was hosting. My husband and i took 2 much-needed nights away and found the quiet and comfortable atmosphere here beyond our expectations. We sipped sherry at night in the Common Room next to the Christmas tree. we had wifi and tv but never turned it on :) Very convenient in-town location. Service with a smile was the best!

Romantic New Year lodging

New Hope is a lively town to celebrate a long New Year getaway. And Aaron Burr Inn is perched perfectly on Bridge Street , close to all the live music venues and fine restaurants and little shops in both New Hope and Lambertville. And this Victorian charmer is a quiet and romantic oasis. Last seating is 10 am for Breakfast ( delicious!) so we lingered in our king sized bed every morning...

Honeymoon in New Hope!

Tho our wedding was at a traditional venue in Bensonhurst ( Brooklyn) , we took our 4 night honeymoon in New Hope, Pa. at our favorite Aaron Burr Inn. We took the large Fireplace room with King bed, a romantic Red Wood Sleigh Bed. Pretty hand stenciled walls and a colorful, soft-blue sponged- ceiling too. Its convenient location was perfect for strolling into New Hope as well as Lambertville, the town in Jersey just across the river.

Best Inn 2 Kiss!

We loved our recent stay in your romantic Lace Canopied Bed in the Bay Window room. The 4 fluffy pillows and beautiful linens and duvet and towels along with the well-appointed room creates a most romantic atmoshpere. And breakfast-in-bed was a special treat for us.

Peaceful inn-town inn!

We came for a day trip from the city ( its so easy on the Transbridge Bus from NYC) and liked New Hope and Lambertville so much, we stayed two nights! Aaron Burr is so convenient to these twin towns; we never even had to use Uber. Yet, so quiet and peaceful and charming. Strong coffee too! The innkeepers even gave us a comp ride to the bus stop.

Romantic weekend away

The ride up from Swedesboro, NJ was well worth the 2 hour trip: the inn and the village transported us 2 hundred years back to a slower, more graceful and romantic time and place. And breakfast delivered to our room was divine. Between anniversaries and birthday celebrations, you'll be seeing us again in the Spring! Sioban

A Valentine romance; 5 star service too

i took my new boyfriend here for a pre-Valentine's Day overnight last Thursday, and it was the romantic escape i envisioned. Thanks to Carl, i had a bouquet of balloons, Chocolate truffles and a local Pennsylvania wine on ice in our room at Check-In. And breakfast-in-bed the next morning. Thanks for making this all happen with little advance notice; 5 stars for service! and dinner at Italian Cochina was a great recommendation too.

5 KISSES 4 Romance!!!

Our midweek escape package 4 Lovers was....romantic! Our beautifully appointed guest room had a hugh King-sized Red Mahagony Sleigh - styled bed, a gas fireplace and 2 big wing chairs too. Matching wood dresser and desk looked great with the oriental carpet and colorful black walnut floor boards. Quiet, and yes, romantic!
