Lynn and Victor (and of course Goose), Just a note to express our appreciation for your B & B gift to military personal. We visited on November 1st. It was a wonderful experience. We loved the accommodations and loved your town including some of the characters in the Iron Door Saloon. Thanks also for the VIP package, hospitality, information and setting. The dinner was excellent (thank Victor for us) and the service was also excellent. We had a great trip/visit to Yosemite on the 2nd. I want to express my appreciation on behalf of the US Military for people like you. You make our service to our country worthwhile. An expression of Gratitude goes a long way and you certainly provided that. What a wonderful gift you gave. Thanks,

“25th Anniversary”

When my husband and I sought a venue for our 25th wedding anniversary, we wanted a place that could serve dinner to about 60, plus have room for dancing, as well as small talk. And, of course, we wanted the atmosphere to be romantic. We decided to take over the entire Hotel Charlotte -- meaning that we'd have our party in the dining room, dancing in the salon, and we'd rent all ten rooms for our out of town guests. The hotel's owners, Victor, co-owner and chef went all out with a superb menu, far better than normal banquet fare, accompanied by Sierra Foothills wines. Lynn, co-owner with Victor, did a bang up job decorating the hotel with helium balloons an streamers, and special lighting. The party was great, and of course, no one had to drive home. The rooms are cute and cozy, typical for a vintage hotel, and our guests got to meet at the included breakfast to continue the conversations of the previous night. I recommend this hotel and restaurant for a romantic dinner for two and weekend getaway, or for a party like ours where you want personalized service and reasonably priced, classic rooms.
