Cancellation:

The first night is charged upon making reservation (excluding taxes) for all room reservations. The first night reservation deposit will be applied to the final bill at the end of stay. For cancellations more than 7 days prior to check-in, deposit will be refunded in full. If reservation is canceled within 7 days of check-in, first night's reservation deposit will be forfeited. If changes are made to reservation after check-in, guest will remain responsible for any canceled nights. NYS and NYC tax includes a 13.625% room tax plus $3.50/night.
