Description

Circa 1902. Windows of stained and leaded glass create colorful prisms at this Queen Anne Victorian inn built in 1902. Quarter-sawn oak highlights the entry and first-floor common rooms. Comfortable antiques and family heirlooms accent the inn. Two parlors offer areas to read, do a jigsaw puzzle or watch satellite TV or a movie. Each guest bedroom displays photos of the home's original occupants. Early risers enjoying a cup of coffee or tea might see a passing horse and buggy while sitting on the porch swing. Breakfast is served in the dining room. Ask about the assortment of special packages and how to add a Homespun Memory Gift Bag to a reservation.

Wonderful, cozy Inn

Our Women's group stayed here this weekend and had a great time. Dianne was very helpful in finding things to do and places for dinner. Breakfast was delicious.

Daughters first job

My wife and I took our daughter Olivia to Nappanee (round barn theatre) for her first job as an actress for the Amish Acres resort. We stayed with Dianne and Dennis at their beautiful home. Everything was excellent. Dianne was a great sourse of information about the community and was very generous with her time. Could not have been better. Thanks.

Great Getaway

My wife and I stayed there over the past weekend. Dennis and Diane are great hosts. The room exceeded our expectations and the home was very nice. They are close to anything that you would like to do as well. If you are in Nappanee and need a place to stay I would highly recommend making a reservation at The Homespun Country Inn.
