Innkeeper Note
We have owned Holden House since 1986 and enjoy providing hospitality, luxury accommodations and scrumptious breakfasts. Here you’ll find the amenities of a business class hotel with the friendly service of a B&B. Our Victorian homes offer an “off the beaten path” location while still being close to restaurants, shops, hiking trails, museums and much more! Colorado Springs is not only home to America’s Mountain-Pikes Peak, the U.S. Air Force Academy, but the U.S. Olympic Committee also headquarters here. Our historic sites, incredible art and culture community and outdoor activities will make your stay a pleasant and memorable experience. Whether your daily itinerary is adventure oriented or a sit for a spell in a rocking chair or porch swing on our wraparound veranda is more to your liking, you’ll find our pace, your pace. Holden House was initially restored in 1985 and we work to meticulously maintain our grand Victorian ladies, three
period-style homes built in 1902 and 1898. All for the enjoyment of our guests. In addition to antiques and traditional furnishings, you’ll find the modern comforts of home and then some. Wireless Internet, tubs for two and fireplaces are just a few of our special touches.
