Innkeeper Note

All of the spacious rooms have cable television, telephones with voice mail, coffee makers, hair dryers and private bathrooms with such amenities as shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and a vanity kit. Fireplaces, wet bars, kitchens or private balconies are available in some rooms. Deluxe rooms have microwaves and refrigerators. Available upon request are irons and ironing boards.

Policies

Minimum Stay Requirements:	From April to October a minimum of two nights is required if arriving on a Friday or Saturday. Please call to check since we may have a room available if there is an early checkout.
Cancellation:	If more than 72 hours notice is given, there is no penalty. If a reservation is cancelled within the 72 hour period then one room night is charged if the room is not rented.
Pets:	Pets Allowed and Dogs are not allowed to be left unattended in the rooms. The pet fee is an additional $25 per night for one dog or $40 per night for two.
Smoking:	Outside Only.
