Cancellation:

For a reservation during our high season (May 1 to September 30) There is no deposit required, but balance is due in full on checkout. We accept all major credit cards and personal checks. Cancellation: If notice is given at least seven (7) days prior to the day of arrival, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel less than seven (7) days prior to your reservation, you are responsible for the full amount of your stay less any nights we are able to re-book. We will do our very best to re-book the room so that you don’t incur the expense. Early departures: If you decide to leave early, you are still responsible for the entire stay you reserved. We will do our best to re-book your room. If we are successful, you will receive a refund of the amount we re-booked.
