Poised on the top of a picturesque hill in Scottsville, Virginia, High Meadows Vineyard Inn sits on more than 13 acres with a pond, wildflower meadow, gazebo surrounded by colorful garden flowers and Pinot Noir vineyard. This B&B blends an 1882 Victorian Italianate in the front part with an 1832 Federalist in the back half. A longitudinal hall joins them together. Snacks and a guest refrigerator are available at any time. Most of the luxurious guest bedrooms include fireplaces and some boast whirlpool tubs. Anichini linens and spa bath products add pampering touches. Gather in the breakfast room for a wonderful morning meal. The area offers many historic sites and attractions.

Very private rooms, lovely gardens, vineyard - fantastic twilight strolling!
Main level, Victorian house. Whirlpool tub, fireplace, in-room dining.
Second floor, Victorian house, antique brass bed, fireplace - cozy and private.
Cheerful, sunny, antique Queen bed, fireplace, in-room dining, clawfoot tub with hand-held shower. Great garden views.
Private, deck with hot tub, funky round bed, fireplace, kitchenette.
Our newest room - the entire attic floor of the Federalist house. Peaked ceiling, clawfoot soaking tub and separate shower, fireplace and daybed, and a charming king round bed add to the peaceful sweetness of this room. Truly private, the Dogwood is accessed by it's own tall staircase and has 4 tiny windows on either end that look out into the dogwood branches. Pretty in any season - the leaves in fall turn a vibrant red.
