The 1743 historic Colonial home is furnished with English antiques and large family portraits. Comfortable guest bedrooms feature canopy beds with down comforters. Stay in Jane?s Room with a clawfoot tub. Start each day with a hearty breakfast in the country kitchen with views in three directions or in the fireside dining room. It is an easy drive to Mohegan Sun and Foxwoods Casinos, museums and art galleries.

Our inn is very private. We're in the country and couples can enjoy being alone together. There is a secluded outdoor patio and miles of private walking trails through meadows and woodland.The bedrooms have canopy beds,down comforters and comfortable reading chairs
