Heritage House on the Park

Circa 1912. Built in Victorian style, Heritage House offers four guest rooms all decorated with elegant, period décor. The Ivy Suite includes a fireplace and whirlpool tub. Lacy curtains, clawfoot tubs and roses are other romantic amenities. Breakfasts are served by candlelight and include homemade breads and muffins and items such as crepes with fresh fruit, oven-baked pancakes or baked oatmeal. The house overlooks Memorial Park and Carbondale’s city hall. The inn offers close access to ski areas, golfing, hunting, fishing, horseback riding, tennis and snowmobiling.
