Built in 1886 by Cyrus Van Vliet, a prosperous merchant, this impressive Queen Anne Victorian is a prominent local centerpiece and is listed in the National Register. Guest bedrooms in the main inn and Carriage Barn are elegantly decorated with a combination of period furnishings and offer sunny views. Each room is named after an important Shelburne personality and is designed to reflect that character. You'll find the Webb Suite to be particularly romantic with its two-person jacuzzi tub. It is often booked for those important wedding Anniversaries. We can arrange for delivery of champagne, roses, chocolates, etc.
