Minimum Stay Requirements:	2 nights during summer - June - September
Children Restrictions:	We welcome children of all ages in our suites and cottages because of the privacy these Friday Harbor accommodations offer. We have an ‘adults preferred’ policy for guest rooms. We have pack and plays for infants. Please let us know that you will require one when making you reservation. Children 7 and under stay free!
Cancellation:	Change cancellation policy to: Reservations must be secured with one night deposit or by full prepayment. Stays of three nights or more require 50% deposit. Payment in full is due 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations, deleted dates on a multiple-night stay, or changes in the dates of stay, incur a cancellation fee of 15% of one night's stay (minimum $35.) Cancellations within 30 days of travel forfeit one night of deposit unless room is we rebooked at same rate. For stays of 3 nights or more, cancellations within 14 days are responsible for the entire booking unless room is re-booked at same rate. Cancellations for all other stays within 7 days of travel are responsible for the entire booking unless room is rebooked at the same rate. If room is rebooked at the same rate, deposit will be refunded less 15% administrative fee ($35 minimum.)
Pets:	Innkeepers pets on premises, Pets Allowed, Friday Harbor is a pet-friendly community , there are plenty of parks – one right across the street – for dog walking. The Harrison House Suites is pet-friendly in specified suites, cottages, , pets must be declared when making your reservation. There is a $20/day cleaning fee for pets, although certified service dogs are exempt from daily pet fee. Please note: certified therapy dogs are not covered under the ADA laws, , are subject to daily pet fee. Furry friends are not to be left unattended at the Inns under any circumstances. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, for any, all damage and including noise.
