Description

Circa 1928. Established by the Lesh family in 1965, today the third generation continues to offer expert guidance to experience the best of Glacier Bay National Park. This New England-style country inn sits in the Salmon River meadow overlooking Icy Strait. Two of the guest bedrooms boast oceanviews. Enjoy family-style meals in the original homestead dining room. Homemade sourdough pancakes and rhubarb sauce are house specialties. The American plan rate includes transportation to the inn and to Bartlett Cove in the park, fishing poles, bikes and an afternoon guided nature walk. Direct flights are available from Seattle.
