Great facility - Poor ownership/managment. Married here on Valentines 2010. Reserved same room several months in advance for our anniversary. Told two weeks before our confirmed date that our room was no longer available because they had given it to a movie company to do filming and they wanted it earlier and there was nothing they could do. Offered an alternate room - but that wasn't the point. We reserved a specific room to relive our wedding night and were given a confirmation several months earlier. The room was made not available to us by their choice - not because there was a problem with the room. They could have told the movie company that the room was rented - it totally destroyed what was to be an annual tradition for my wife and I. Guess the ones with the big money win. Will never book there again - so as not to have plans totally changed at the last minute, as we had planned our entire anniversary around this stay. So if you book a room, make sure you are willing to adjust your plans.
