Circa 1900. This magnificently restored Queen Anne home was built in what was considered the "Nob Hill" of Healdsburg. It was typical of a turn-of-the-century dream house. It is situated near the Russian River and the town center. Twenty-five skylights provide an abundance of sunlight, fresh air and stained glass. Twelve guest rooms offer whirlpool tubs and showers for two. The innkeepers make the most of their wine country location, hosting a wine tasting each evening with a display of at least five Sonoma County wines. Each guest room is named for a wine variety, such as Zinfandel or Merlot. The inn is just a few blocks from many of Healdsburg's fine restaurants and shops.
