Romantic lakefront candy-colored cottages are located in Nice, on a lush estate overlooking Clear Lake, California's largest natural lake. Shaded by old trees, Gingerbread Cottages provide views of the water, scenic Mt. Konocti and the gardens. Relax and listen to the singing birds. Accommodations feature antiques, comfortable furnishings, private baths, answering machines, cable TV, VCR/DVD and fully equipped kitchens. Complimentary snacks, decadent truffles or petit fours are in the cottages upon arrival. A continental breakfast, coffee and juice are delivered each morning. Policies

Minimum Stay Requirements:	Two nights on high season weekends.
Cancellation:	With a seven-day cancellation or thirty days on major holidays and special events or groups, your advance payment less $10.00 per day cancellation fee will be refunded. If you cancel with less than seven days notice you will be charged for those nights if the cottage cannot be re-rented.
Pets:	Pets Allowed, Non-shedding small dogs in select cottages; please pre-register. $25 for 1 dog and $40 for 2.
Smoking:	Outside Only.
