Who ever said size doesn’t matter apparently has never seen our biggest guest room, at 320 square feet. The spacious first floor bedroom with adjoining sun room boasts a gorgeous Bay view and a front row seat to the parade on Commercial Street. The bedroom has a king size bed and beautiful new, contemporary furniture pieces. Tastefully appointed, the bedroom is fabulous on its own but then French doors open onto the sun room where the views are unsurpassed. The sun room is great for napping, socializing, entertaining, people watching, or just sitting back and catching some bay views and breezes. The sitting room has several chairs so invite a few friends over on a hot afternoon and stay cool with the noiseless A.C. The room has a private bath with tub-shower.
