Paris just happens to be one of our favorite cities in the world and this suite brought back very fond memories of our visits abroad. Both Ron & Judy were so warm and inviting, we felt as if we were “family”.

We had a wonderful time staying in the Sea Breeze over the Thanksgiving holiday. The breakfasts were delicious and the suite worked well for all 4 of us. The beds were comfortable and all of your care and hard work was very apparent. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality.

What a delightful week that we spent in Italy! Every last detail of the room down to the beautiful and relaxing Tuscany musical CD made us feel like we were in an Italian villa. The newly remodeled inn is absolutely beautiful. We especially loved the breakfasts and enjoyed trying something different each day from Judy’s own published cookbook.

We always feel special when we come to Appleton to visit our daughter, son-in-law, and especially our little granddaughter. Judy & Ron make us feel right at home. Judy’s breakfast can’t be matched anywhere-something different and delicious everyday. We have stayed at the Franklin Inn on Durkee many times. You can be sure we will be back many more times. The Franklin Inn on Durkee is a perfect hideaway for couples to find some alone time with romantic and themed-based ambiance or for the weary traveler to enjoy some Wisconsin hospitality and a gourmet home-cooked breakfast. My husband and I highly recommend the Franklin Inn on Durkee.

The "trip around the world" theme of this B&B was carried beautifully and tastefully through every room. The innkeepers were friendly and eager to make our get away trip to Appleton a wonderful experience. The breakfasts were all unique and delicious. We had a truly relaxing and romantic weekend away.

Our family of four recently stayed in the SeaBreeze suite over the Thanksgiving holiday. The Inn had a warm and cozy feeling, and we felt as if we were in a home away from home. The Innkeepers, Judy and Ron went out of their way to make us feel welcome, and to make our stay as comfortable as possible. It was my son's birthday on the night of our arrival, and because we were arriving late, Judy did us the favor of buying balloons, cake and ice cream so that we could have a surprise celebration when we arrived. The breakfasts were also delicious, and Judy made sure to ask us our likes and dislikes before preparing the dishes. We definitely recommend that you stay at this Inn, or their adjoining Inn, The Franklin Inn.
