Fountain Hall offers the finest lodging accommodations in Culpeper for business and leisure travelers. Fountain Hall was built on land with an interesting history. Originally part of a larger land tract owned by Virginia's Royal Governor, Sir Alexander Spotswood. Culpeper's first county surveyor was teenage George Washington, who has been quoted, referring to Culpeper as "a high and pleasant situation." Indeed it is! Accommodations include four guest rooms and two suites. All rooms feature private bath facilities. Guests will awaken to the aroma of freshly baked croissants and brewing coffee. “Fantastic hospitality”

My husband and I just spent a wonderful weekend at Fountain Hall. The Walkers were wonderful hosts and the house was beautiful, comfortable, and historic.
